Patties of Lamb

Soak the bread or the Fibrex in oat drink and iMAT,
or cream and milk.
Add chopped onion, spices, mashed potatoes and eggs and stir it smooth.
Add the lamb mince, work together and shape into patties.
Roast on a baking sheet in preheated oven 225 degrees ica 10 minutes or in a pan to 72 degrees.
Serve with potatoes, roasted root vegetables, garlic and green salad, and mint jelly.
460 g minced lamb
½ onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp Österlens herbal blend
80 g cooked peeled potatoes
16 g Fibrex or 25 g white bread without borders
½ dl milk or 1 tbsp oat drink
2 tablespoons whipping cream or ½ cup iMAT
1 large egg
