Our big favorite among the customers! Also called Paris Waffle.
Divide the butter into the flour. Add water and mix the dough. Roll small balls about 10g which is rolled out thin in sugar with roller pin. Put them on trays with baking paper. Bake in hot oven: 220 degrees for about 5-8 minutes until the sugar starts to become shiny.
Mix all ingredients for the butter cream and let it move long so that it becomes white and airy.
Spread butter cream on the cakes and put them together in pairs.
400g organic plain flour

0.5 cups powdered sugar
