Scanian meatballs

Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients.
Shape into meatballs of any size.
If fried in margarine the meatballs becomes lactose free otherwise butter will give a little more flavor.

Served with potatoes, cream sauce and lingonberries.

4-6 servings
Gluten and lactose free
1 kg minced pork 23% fat
2 eggs
40 g mashed potatoes
1 cup water
150 g of finely chopped onion
30 g sugar
1 g ground white pepper
25 g salt
