Heat the coconut milk in a pot on the stove. Add chopped chocolate with at least 40% cocoa content and fine cocoa powder. Mix up a froth of chocolate with a stick blender or whisk like crazy, so you get an almost equally fine foam. Add grated coconut in a dry skillet and toast until they are light brown. Sprinkle chocolate drink with roasted coconut. Fortify with dark rum if you feel frozen.
