Eva's waffles
Melt the butter and let it cool
Whisk together wheat flour, baking powder, milk and water
Add finally the cooled fat
Let the batter stand and swell, if possible overnight.
Bake in hot waffle iron
Grease the griddle first
Served with whipped cream and elderflower jelly or jam
250 grams of butter
3 dl milk
3 dl water
5 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
