Melt the butter and mix in 300 g of the chopped chocolate. Stir until all melted. Pour in a splash of Calvados. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add the flour and baking powder. Finally pour the chocolate mixture in to it and mix everything together.
Pour batter into a greased and breadcrumbed form. Bake in the oven at about 150-175 degrees for about 20 minutes. The cake shall be soft in the center.

425 g dark chocolate, 70%
250 g butter
4 tbsp sugar
2.5 dl flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1.25 ml cream
Calvados (amount after own taste)
