Sourdough bread with the bran and seeds of flax, hemp, sunflower

1 kg of flour, 0.5 cups of flax seeds, 0.5 cups of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of bran, 0.5 cups of chopped hemp seeds, sugar, salt, water, yeast. Mix the dough from all the ingredients listed above and leave for 12 hours. Bake for 1 hour.
