Potato Dumplings

Grate fresh potatoes, press the excess liquid, add salt and pepper. In boiled water put small dumplings made from potato, salt and pepper and cook them about 10-15 minutes. Serve on a flat dish and garnish with nettle oil, mushrooms and tomatoes.
