Potato pancakes with cheese

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.

Add egg, grated cheese, garlic and salt.

Mix all mass and fry in hot oil until pancakes are golden brown.

Serve with fresh cream or lingonberry jam.

200g cheese
1 egg
