Liver pate

When the liver is cooked mince it twice in a meat grinder. Bacon can be minced one time. Boiled eggs and carrots cut into small pieces. Mix all together, than put into a dish and to the fridge for some hours.
Tastes best with rye bread!

pig liver
eggs
smoked bacon
carrots
