Caramel buns

35 g of fresh yeast mix with water and 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir it all together and add to the flour, put in a warm place for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan pour half of a glass of milk, add 90 g of butter / margarine and put on gas by heating while butter is melted. When the butter has melted add 0.5-1 glass of sugar + vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted completely. 1 egg and 1 egg white, mixed with a half a glass of milk. Then the egg milk mixture is done pour the milk into the butter mixture. In this process the yeast will be activated.
Prepared liquid mixture, stir thoroughly and then slowly add the remaining flour. You may find that 5 cups is not enough, then add little bit more, until the dough does not stick to your hands. Make a form of the buns and put the caramel mass into it. Put buns in pre-heated oven 180 C for 30 min.
