Salad with deep-fried cheese

Cut cheese into small pieces,batter it into flour and beaten egg and fry on the pan till the moment the cheese will get brown. Salad leaves and vegetables cut and pour with souce which has been made from olive oil, balsamico, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
