Omelette with cheese and dandelion flowers


Beat 6 eggs with 6 tablespoons of sweet cream add salt, papper and pour on a hot pan. When omelette will be half done pour on it grated cheese and dandelion flowers. Bake it till readiness

6 tablespoons cream
salt
pepper
100g cheese
dandelion flowers
