Soup with dumplings
Onions, tomatoes, courgettes and celery stalks cut into a cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions, then add the remaining vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. To the boiling broth add cooked vegetables and dumplings, salt and spices. Cook until dumplings are floating, and then some 5-7 minutes more. Before serving dumpling soup accompanied it by greens and cream.
