Banana bread for breakfast

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Melt the margarine with the sugar. Stir in first the flour and baking powder, then gradually all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a loaf pan of 11x28 cm size, fill in the dough and bake the bread for about 50 minutes.
Recommendation: Eat the banana bread with Nutella. (It does NOT make you slim, but HAPPY)
80 g margarine
150 g of sugar
400 g of flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 bananas, crushed
120 ml soy milk
40 g walnuts, chopped
