Crush garlic or grind it in a kitchen mortar. Chop dill in small pieces. Flax and the rest of ingredients add to curd or buttermilk (you can use instead of those natural yoghurt), mix all.
The sauce is a great addition to the yellow cheese, cottage cheese and cold cuts - but also may be administered on wholemeal bread.
250 g curd or buttermilk
2-3 big cloves garlic
½ teaspoon salt
1 fistful of dill
2 tablespoons flax (Linum usitatissimum)
