Potato pancakes with vegetables and pork tenderloin

Grate potatoes on a very fine grater, add egg, flour, salt, pepper, marjoram and garlic, mix everything. Fry on very hot lard. Cleaned pork tenderloin cut in small strips, season and put on the side. Vegetables cut in thin strips, fry on hot butter, season with salt, pepper and garlic. On the other pan fry on lard pork tenderloin. On the plate, first put potato pancakes, then vegetables and pork tenderloin. Afterward put another pancake.
Ingredients:
500 g potatoes
2 carrots
1 zucchini
300 g pork tenderloin
1 egg
1-2 tablespoons of flour
salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic
lard
butter
