Kartacze

Dough:
Potatoes grind on the grinder. Drain off with a linen cloth or a diaper. Water put on the side to let starch fall on the bottom, which we combine with drained potatoes. Afterward add the minced boiled potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and work it into homogeneous mass.

Stuffing:
Add to the minced meat cut into small cubes onion, salt, pepper and marjoram. You can add a handful of boiled grinded potatoes so the meat is not too hard. Mix into homogeneous mass.

From potato dough form pancakes of 8 cm in diameter. On the pancakes put a ball of meat of 3 cm in diameter. Cover meat with tomato dough and form balls or oval noodles. Prepared kartacz put to boiling salted water. After kartacze will swim out boil it for 30 mins on low fire. Serve it with pork fat gravy and onion.
