Potato cake with mushroom sauce

Peel the potatoes wiped off. add flour, salt, pepper and fried bacon and onions. Mase mix, put into a greased mold and bake in a medium oven heated to 50 minutes. After baking, cut into slices and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with mushroom sauce.

Sauce:
Mushrooms clean and cook in 300 ml of water with chopped onion. When mushrooms are soft, strain the broth, cool and maintain. Chop mushrooms. Fry a flour with a butter, add cold broth with mushrooms and cream - mix, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil.
Ingredients:
8 potatoes
2 eggs
0.10 ounces of bacon
1-2 onions
teaspoon of flour
tablespoon of fat
ground pepper, salt

Mushroom sauce:
20 ounces of fresh mushrooms (boletus, birch bolete, slippery jack)
1 onion
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
100 ml of 30% cream, salt, pepper
