Potato cake / kakor / served with mushroom sauce and sour cream

Scrub potatoes on a grater with small holes, add fried bacon, sausage, eggs,
seasoned with spices, put in sheets and bake. Stew mushrooms with onion,
add cream and season. The cooled potato cake cut into slices, fry and serve
along with the sauce and sour cream.
Ingredients:
Potatoes, bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms, eggs, cream 18%, salt, pepper, marjoram,
lard.
