Roast wild mushroom sauce

Chuck sztufujemy thick bacon cut into strips and garlic and put on one day to marinade of red wine with herbs. Removed from the marinade the meat is put into the baking at ~ 180st.C.
Preparation of sauce.
Bones of care and prepare for them, and vegetables stock. Decoction combine with the sauce from the roast, add mushrooms, bechamel sauce thicken if necessary.

bones of wild boar,
vegetables in the broth,

garlic
