Ingredients for the batter to combine and cook on a hot griddle.
Lamb turn through a meat grinder, add pressed garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuffing put on the pancake, and rolled over. Then fry browned. Pour cranberries and serve on lettuce leaf.
Ingredients:
Batter:
4 eggs
Salt to taste
water or milk to dilute
0.4 kg of flour
lard or oil for greasing the pan

Stuffing:
0.4 kg leg of lamb
2 onions
head of garlic
pepper to taste

Cranberries: Cranberries 100 g and 100 g of sugar simmer.
