Duck with dumplings and red cabbage

Duck rubbed with freshly squeezed garlic and sweet paprika. Stuff apples. We leave in the fridge for a day. When baking pour apple juice.

Ingredients:
Duck
sauce: carrot
celery
parsley
leek
onion
bay leaf
allspice
marjoram
salt
pepper
potato flour to thicken the sauce

Dumplings:
potatoes, flour, eggs (2 pieces), parsley, salt.


Cabbage modra:
onion
Fat Duck
red vinegar
salt
sugar
pepper
cinnamon
apple
