Whitefish we need to gut and wash. Cut tomatoes into quarters, purify the coring.
Whitefish sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat them in flour and fry in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side.
After frying the fish pull off it from the pan and toss to the same frying tomatoes, wine and sprinkle the juice of half a lemon.
Finely chop the garlic and dill, mix with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Taught tomatoes on a plate, then fried whitefish and sprinkle chopped parsley.
Serve with lemon sauce and a part of lemon.

70 ml. dry white wine
2 cloves of garlic
150 g sour cream
