Steak of minced beef with red cabbage and mashed potatoes with zucchini

The meat and season with salt and pepper and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mold for cakes set on a piece of baking paper, fill carefully seasoned meat, knead. Remove the rim and wrap each steak with bacon. Fasten with a toothpick gently, steak rubbed with olive oil on both sides and grill 3-4 minutes on each side.
Mix red wine with applesauce and honey.
Spices: a piece of cinnamon, bay leaf, clove, juniper, pepper. Place in a strainer for seasoning. Cabbage cut into 4 parts, shred into thin equal pieces. Rinse with cold water, place in a bowl. Pour red wine and honey mousse, set aside. Cabbage strain. In a large garnbku heat lard, add the diced onion, peel the apples, cut, add to the onions. Then add the cabbage and cook for 30 minutes. Cut bacon into cubes and brown on adding greaves lard, add the cabbage with cranberry jam. Mix and season. Serve with mashed potatoes with zucchini.
