Tenderloin wash, clean, cut into thick slices. Prepare the marinade: olive oil, mustard, allspice, bay leaf, thyme, a bit of juniper, pepper, salt, garlic, lemon, balsamic vinegar, red wine. In just cooked pickles marinate the meat for several hours to several days. Wrap the marinated bacon-fry in hot fat. Prepare potato dumplings and carrots. We prepare the sauce forest.
