Dumplings with pike in chanterelle sauce

Preparation:
Grind raw pike, chopped parsley, grind back fat, soak a roll in milk, then add to the pike successively: onion, egg, salt and pepper to taste.
Make a dough out of flour, water and eggs. Fry the onion in clarified butter, add chanterelles, add sour cream, dill and fry with salt and pepper.
