Zander Dumplings

Zander meat grind, season to taste. Add sliced dill. Mix all ingredients for dough and knead it.
Ready dumpling pour with cream.
Ingredients:
1 kg of zander
salt and pepper
1 egg
3 sprigs of dill
1 teaspoon of bread crumbs
150 ml of 30% cream
cake
1 kg of flour
1 egg
2 glass of water (warm, approx. 60 degrees)
salt
