Trout from the oven

Medium size trout gut, wash and dry. Marinate in salt, feathers and herbs. Let stand for approx. Half an hour in the refrigerator to the aroma of spices over the meat. Put inside a small cubes of butter (approx. 20 g) and chopped parsley. Thus prepared fish broil approx. 20 minutes (temp. 180 degrees).
Platter and garnish with slices of lemon vegetables.
