Cheese from goat's milk Fetusiek

The cheese is made from pasteurized goat's milk, seasoned culture bacteria. After receiving the proper acidity, add rennet. When we receive the clot, cut, dry the grain and put into a mold. The cheese ripens in brine about two weeks.
