Spidskålssalat with apples and pearl spelled

Cook pearl spelled according to directions on the bag.
Shake the marinade and turn the warm pearl spelled in the marinade.
Turn the other ingredients in the salad and let cool down.
Heat the oven to 120 °.
Cut bread into small cubes, and toss them in olive oil and a little salt.
Distribute the bread cubes on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake until crisp, for about 15-18 min. Turn them along the way.
Arrange the salad on a platter.
Garnish with croutons and a little chives.
400 g of cooked bead spelled
4 pcs. red apples into thin slices
½ onions into small cubes
½ cabbage finely chopped
½ bunch of chives finely cut
1 tsp. finely grated horseradish
2 tbsp. dried currants
Rye bread:
2 slices rye bread
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. apple vinegar
5 tbsp. cold-pressed rapeseed oil
1 tsp. honey
Salt and pepper
