Cut beef and onions into cubes. Fry onion and pepper in butter , add sweet pepper powder, beef, Vegeta, allspice, bay leaf and cumin. Boil for a moment then add 2 sweet peppers. Simmer until the meat is tender and the onion is overcooked (the meat should still be slightly covered with water). When the dish is already soft, add the tomato puree. Cook until the dish thickens, then season with Maggi and, if necessary with salt. You can also do this dish without fat: pour 0.5 cup of water, and then add the onion and meat.
