Silesian Cake

Dough:
Add flour, sugar and crumbled yeast and pour warm milk into a bowl. Wait until the dough rises and then add 2 eggs and knead the dough. When it is smooth add liquefied and cooled margarine and knead again. Put the dough aside for raising.

Crumble:
Knead the flour with the sugar and melted margarine or butter.

Cheese, margarine, sugar and egg yolks mix together with a blender. When it is even add vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Finally add whipped egg whites and stir it gently with a spoon. Add raisins (full hand).

Divide the dough into two parts. Spread one on a greased baking tray, add cheese and the remaining part of dough. Crumble the sweet crust on top. Bake the cake in hot oven (150-180 C) for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
Dough:
5 dkg yeast, 2 eggs, 10 dkg sugar, 3/4 glass of milk, 1/2 kg flour, 7 dkg margarine

Sweet crust:
20 dkg flour, 10 dkg sugar, 1/2 bar of margarine or butter

Cheese feeling:
1 kg of cottage cheese, 1 bar of margarine, 1 glass of sugar, 5 eggs, 1 vanilla pudding, vanilla extract, raisins, lemon juice,
