Organic Spelt Bread

Yeast and salt, is dissolved in the warm water. The flour is mixed in and the whole kneaded well together.
The dough rest for 20 minutes., Killed and rest again for 20 minutes.
Formed for bread or buns and after raised for 10 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 1/2 hour.
Ingredients:
Fine organic spelled flour 1 kg
13 g salt
14g syrup
50 g of yeast
Rapeseed oil 55 g
Water 550 g
