Onion with camelina sativa oil
Peel onions and cut into small cubes. Season with salt to soften and mitigate the taste (zmorzyć). Mix thoroughly until you let go of juice. Pour camelina sativa oil. Keep in the refrigerator.
Serve with hot boiled potatoes in their skins or without, or with dark bread.
Note: The amount of salt depends on the severity of the onion. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
