Herring in the dough

Herring clean. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix the two types of flour, egg and milk. The dough will be more dense than pancakes. Season with salt, pepper and ground red pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Herring dip in batter and fry on both sides until golden. Serve with garlic sauce or another.
