Rabbit braised in cream with jam rowan

Saddle of rabbit fry until golden brown, add the onions and all the ends of vegetables, watered with water and simmer until tender. With celery, carrots, zucchini punching balls (or other shapes), parmesan cheese grater rubbing off on the coarse mesh and so starts drop flat on the heated Teflon pan and zasmażać hot cheese formed into a basket.
