mushrooms (maślaki) in vinegar
Freshly harvested mushrooms peel, wash and boil in salted water. Boil all ingredients and cool down. Pour the drained cooked mushrooms poured cold and leave for 24hrs. Prepare washed and scalded jars, put mushrooms inside, add to each jar bay leaf, allspice, peppercorn, clove of garlic and red pepper strips.
