Herring po kociewsku

Salted herring fillets soak 24 hours in cold water with allspice and pepper. Then cut into strips and translate into a bowl. Chop onions, cucumber and red pepper. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, season with lemon juice, marjoram and pour the oil.
Arrange on platters, sprinkle with chopped red onion and chopped dill.
1 kg of herring fillets
large onion
red pepper
pickled cucumber
a few grains of allspice
a few grains of pepper
optional - pinch of marjoram
