Cranberries with apple and horseradish
Fresh cranberries, clean and rinse. Peel the apples and sprinkle tchem with lemon juice, so they will not get dark. Horseradish roots rinse, peel, grate with a fine mesh and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cranberry crush and fry, adding sugar to taste. Separately, fry the grated apples with a little sugar, evaporating the water. Combine cranberries with horseradish, add apples, a little salt to taste and mix. Put the mixture into a glass jar and into refrigerator.
