Stuffed Dumpling

Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, mix yeast (fresh if it needs to be dissolved in a little milk). Make a hole in the middle, pour the milk and olive oil. Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth. Shape into a ball, oil, cover and leave to rise (approx. 1.5 hours). In the meantime, prepare the filling. After the dough has risen, divide the dough into 4 parts. Each part of the oval roll the cake for about 20 - 25 cm in diameter. Put the stuffing on half of each circle shaped cake. Bend and form the dough dumpling. Brush with egg. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
