Courgettes stuffed

Soak bread in water, and when soaked squeeze. Washed and dried zucchini, cut in half lengthwise. Hollow flesh with a spoon and finely cut. Rinsed and drained finely chopped parsley. Preheat oven to 200 C. Finely chop the onion and zucchini flesh with fry in a little butter. Put aside to cool down. Put the meat into a bowl, add the onion and zucchini, parsley, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, herbs and roll. Mix thoroughly and fill stuffing zucchini halves. Grease casserole with butter and then put in the zucchini. Bake about 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 more minutes.

1 stale bread
4 medium zucchini
1 small onion
bunch of flat-leaf parsley
300 g minced meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon mustard
0.5 tsp sweet paprika
clove of garlic
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
100 g grated cheese
oil for frying
