Stuffed cabbage in tomato sauce

Soak bread in milk, 2 onions, peel and chop. We diced bacon and minced meat. Cook in a skillet and then we add roll, egg and parsley and season. Cabbage brew, then put the stuffing between the leaves. The whole tie with cotton thread, put to the pan and baste with hot broth. Throw in chopped carrots, tomatoes, onions and butter. Simmer 30 minutes.

50 g smoked bacon
½ rolls
125 ml of milk
500 ml of broth
4 onions
2 carrots

5 tablespoons chopped parsley
15 g of butter
