Yeast croissants with apple

Put the flour on a pastry board, melted margarine, yeast dissolved in a small amount of warm water with sugar and vanilla cream. Beat the eggs with a whisk thoroughly. Add to the pre-loaded on the pastry board products. All products shredded with a knife, then carefully crush adding the flour, knead dough until it starts to move away from the hand, the dough becomes smooth. So kneaded dough is left to rise. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Form the triangles, in which you put a small amount of apples and form croissants. At the end before putting to the oven cover with the beaten egg. Bake.
