Yeast dumplings steamed, stuffed with cream cheese

We do solution of yeast, 2 tablespoons flour, a spoon of sugar and a little warm milk. Grown solution add to the sifted flour and whole eggs, warm milk, sugar and little salt. Knead for donuts and leave to rise. After the dough has risen, just as we do donuts in the middle of putting the cheese. Boil water in a pot covered with a linen cloth, which arrange the dumplings grown. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, covered. Serve warm topped with sweet cream or fried in butter.

Ingredients:
Ingredients for the dough:
1 kg of flour
10 g yeast
approx. 1 liter of milk
3 whole eggs
0.5 cups of sugar
pinch of salt

Ingredients for the filling:
2 cubes of cottage cheese
Vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
crystal sugar (to taste)
2 tablespoons of custard cream
