Envelopes with apple

Knead the dough and place in the fridge for an hour. Wash apples, peeled and cut into thick cubes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 - 3 mm. Cut squares of size 5 cm. At each lay a piece of apple and fold up the corners of dough - the shape of the envelope. Bake the envelopes for gold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

3 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
2 kg of apples
castor sugar
