Potato dumplings with meat
Peel the potatoes and cook, cool and grind or pass through a meat grinder. Add potato flour, wheat flour and oil. Knead all together. Meat, mushrooms and carrots cook and grind. Add the fried onion, pepper and salt. Knead all together till the smooth mass. Put the stuffing and form balls. Throw to boiling, salted water, remove the dumplings when rise to the top. Serve topped with the fried onions.

1 kg of potatoes
1 cup potatoe flour
0.5 cups of wheat flour
2 tablespoons oil
salt
Stuffing:
0.5 kg of pork
1 onion
some dried mushrooms
1 carrot
