Chicken stuffed

Prepare chicken, with sharp knife cut the chicken along the carcass, and then separate the muscle from the bone. Meat arranged so that the underside there was the skin, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Evenly mix and season the stuffing. Close the meat along the roulade. Place on a baking sheet sprinkled with spices. Bake for about 1.5 hours.
