Salmon roulade

Thaw spinach, beat the egg whites. Add the egg yolks and spinach. Bake at 180 C for about 10 - 15 minutes. After cooling Almette cheese spread on salmon slices. Roll the roulade and leave in the refrigerate for about 2 hours.
