Stuffed turkey thighs

Turkey tighs wash and dry with a paper towel. Cut so that you can fold them like a book. Pitched and sprinkle with salt, pepper and marjoram. Put for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Minced meat season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Knead thoroughly. Peel onions and cut. Squeeze the crushed garlic. Wash mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Mix eggs and flour and spice. Make omelette of the thighs size and put on each thigh. Spread the meat filling on the omlette, and mushrooms on each omlette. Sprinkle with onion and garlic. On the edge of the meat put carrots and tightly wrap the roll. You can use kitchen thread to tie everything together. Put into a greased baking pan or casserole dish and bake for one hour at 200 - 250 C.

200 grams of minced meat
3 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
cooked carrots
8 mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
